King Fitness & Ballroom Dance Studio
The Studio is fully equipped with top of the line weight training and Pilates equipment. It is a very private training studio with an intimate setting and very different than the large gym setting. Massage Therapy and body wraps are also available to our clients. My Massage Therapist has experience in lymphatic, deep tissue, and holistic technique and has done a great deal of work with pre and post-operative clients in a medical spa. We also offer Ballroom and Latin Dance training and have an amazing Dance Director with over twenty years of teaching experience. Pilates Reformer and Pilates Classes, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Ballroom and Latin Dance Lessons, Massage and Nutritional Consulting and Cooking Classes are all available upon request and scheduling.
